Hi all, my name is mary and I'm a part-time web developer, mostly working with PHP/MySQL, Drupal, MODx, etc. I also work with Wordpress, and have done some work with several other CMSs.  I'm also slowly becoming a fan of codeigniter and Kohana and hoping to explore other PHP frameworks as time goes by.  I consider myself somewhat of a jack of all trades and master of a few. I enjoy blogging about web development topics when I have time and especially writing tutorials. I have written a series of beginner tutorials on how to use MODx and one on Drupal also.

HostColor is one of the supporters of my blog and I look forward to getting to know everyone here and learning and sharing what I know.

I apologize for being late with the welcome message. I've seen you have registered and read your introduction very carefully. I'm very glad to have here someone who has experience with MODx. I'll be glad if you decide to create some tutorials for us.

It's good to meet you. I've been with Hostcolor for several years and have been mostly very happy with the company myself. I'm 100% self taught. I just screw things up real good and then learn whatever I have to learn to make it work again. I just upgraded my account and got myself into a world of trouble all over again lol... I'm so glad Hostcolor made a forums for sharing information. I've hoped they would do this for years!
