ello, I am trying to help a family member update her already existing website. The site was built by someone for her, but it didnt work out with that person, so she has obtained the programs used to maintain the website herself. The problem is in order to publish the new updates we need to know the base directory in which the files and assets were originally stored. Is there a way to find out what we need from you guys (the service provider) or is there another way around it? Please help, any advice will be much appreciated.
