Let us apologize for not being very active within the forums in January. We have been busy with a number of new developments that shall make Host Color's services better. Those of you who are customers of ours know that during the last 2 years we are using a CRM called pZone, which is a in-house software application. Unfortunately we haven't made it to make the pZone a comprehensive and stable CRM and shall honestly say that.

Although the pZone is a quality product it is unfinished and it will take at least 6 months to come up with a new improved version. That's why we decided to migrate to a new account management system which is based on WHMCS. We are sure that the new Account Management of Host Color shall improve the customers experience.

Please note that we will not make any shocking moves and will not migrate accounts on our own. The current pZone will not be abandoned and will stay online, fully functional, so anyone who likes it would continue to use it. However all new customers will be served through the new account management system. It will be launched before than February 8th.
