We also would like to notify all customers that they will experience 2-4 hours delay in response on non-emergency support tickets between 12 pm on December 25th and 5 pm on December 26th.
The response time on support tickets will be also delayed between 12 pm on December 31 and 5 pm on January 1st 2010.
We will have operators on shift, but due to the nature of those very special holidays we are reducing our staff on shifts. As you know Host Color does not outsource the support operations. Our decision to reduce operators on shifts during the holidays is based on our experience in the last 3 years. We have found that not that many of our customers contact our Famous 24/7 support during the holidays.
